You will fabricate above-ground steel storage tanks ranging from 500 to 40,000 gallons. The work includes rolling plate, welding, fitting, assembly, and testing—taking raw steel through to a completed unit ready for shipment.

Rather than staying confined to one task, you’ll work across multiple stages of fabrication. Over time, responsibility grows alongside technical skills and hands-on experience.

You’ll be on your feet, working with your hands and operating equipment in a steady, organized shop. Ownership is present and involved—not distant management, but people who know your name and understand the work you do. The environment is calm and safety-focused. When problems arise, they’re addressed directly and resolved as a team.

Our team includes people of different ages, backgrounds, and experience levels. What they share is a commitment to respect, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. These values guide how work gets done and how decisions are made on the floor.

That culture shows up every day—in how people communicate, how problems are handled, and how standards are upheld. Team meals and seasonal gatherings add to that connection, but the foundation is mutual respect and steady work. People stay because the environment is consistent and the work is taken seriously.
